 Shipping & Delivery Information

We will always aim to get your order out as soon as possible, however, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched.

All parcels will be sent using Australia Post and are shipped from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Due to unprecedented load on postal services – standard delivery can take up to 1-3 weeks at this stage.

We recommend selecting express shipping – which is around 3-10 days. 

When your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information in your email inbox. You can use this information to check the whereabouts of your package and its estimated arrival date.

Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes once your order has been shipped, as this is outside of our control. For any queries or problems with your delivery - please contact the courier company directly using your tracking information.

If you choose Authority to leave in your notes : AAWW is not responsible for any missing parcel. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your details are incorrect, however once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

If your order is returned to us, you will be required to pay a redelivery fee to have your order redelivered.
